Cooperation with Law Enforcement Agencies

Propaganda, hostile information influence, and information operations are part of modern hybrid aggression.

Ensuring accountability for crimes linked to these activities is therefore a key element of countering contemporary security threats. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies on investigations involving propaganda-related offences by providing expert, analytical, and methodological support. Our team contributes to the preparation of expert assessments, recommendations, and practical solutions aimed at strengthening evidence documentation and supporting effective case-building strategies.

Research and Analytics

Modern cognitive threats cannot be effectively studied or countered without integrating scientific knowledge into legal and investigative practice.

Our team conducts research on propaganda, information operations, hostile influence, and cognitive security, combining expertise from social psychology, behavioural sciences, linguistics, and philology. We analyse how propaganda spreads, how it affects social attitudes and behaviour, and how it contributes to aggression, violence, and dehumanisation. The results of our research are used to develop new methodologies, recommendations, and practical tools for state institutions, law enforcement agencies, and civil society.

Educational Programmes and Trainings

Modern hybrid warfare requires stronger professional capacity among state institutions and civil society to identify and analyse propaganda, as well as to build resilience to information influence and strengthen critical thinking skills.

We organise trainings, educational programmes, and practical workshops in Ukraine and internationally for law enforcement agencies, civil society organisations, expert communities, and professionals working to counter information and cognitive threats. Our programmes cover propaganda, hostile information influence, cognitive security, digital hygiene, and the fundamentals of cybersecurity.

Technological Solutions and Innovation

The scale, speed, and complexity of modern information warfare make traditional response methods insufficient. That is why we are developing VerbaLex — an AI-powered tool designed to support investigations of crimes linked to propaganda and hostile information influence in contexts involving large volumes of digital and media content. VerbaLex helps analyse content at scale, identify potentially relevant fragments, and support their preliminary legal and linguistic assessment. The tool is designed to support the law enforcement sector, as well as research and analytical teams working on the analysis of propaganda and hostile information influence.
